This time, we're inviting you to join us at Café Vivant in Menlo Park — a charming neighborhood spot with a warm, relaxed atmosphere that feels just right for one of our group dinners.
Café Vivant brings together French-inspired cuisine, a cozy European feel, and the kind of intimate setting that makes you want to settle in, order something delicious, and stay at the table a little longer.
As always, what matters most isn't just the food — it's the people around the table. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels included, conversations go beyond small talk, and new friendships have a chance to grow.

Important RSVP guidelines for this dinner!!!:
If you RSVP “Yes”, please make sure you attend.
No-shows without prior notice may be excluded from future dinners.
If we ask you to reconfirm your attendance closer to the date, please do so — do not rely on your initial RSVP.
Guests who do not reconfirm may be moved to “Not Going” to free up spots for people on the waitlist.

Friday Dinner Policies (apply to all Friday dinners):

Our Friday dinners are the heart of this group. Because these events require restaurant reservations and fixed seating, confirmed RSVPs are mandatory.

• No walk-ins or crashers: if you are on the waitlist or do not have a Confirmed status, please do not come to the venue.
• Consequences: walk-ins or crashers will be removed from the group.
• Late arrivals: we understand traffic happens, but please do not arrive more than 20 minutes late.

Why this matters:

Showing up without an RSVP puts our relationship with local venues at risk and creates an unfair experience for those who successfully secured a spot.
Action required:
Please keep your RSVP updated. If you can no longer attend, change your status to Not Going at least 24 hours in advance so someone from the waitlist can join.
We truly value everyone’s time and effort and want these dinners to remain respectful, smooth, and enjoyable for all.
