PREPARATION: before the experience you will receive information about preparation to the journey, as well and specific exercises to help you prepare well.

The Day of the Journey: we will start at 9 am in the morning and go with the flow. All depends on your intentions and specific needs during the process.

FOLLOW-UP: we will have an in-person integration meeting and you will receive information about post-experience practices which will enhance integration + ways to plan your coming days and weeks to make sure you reach your integration objectives.

Who will facilitate the experience: I'm Lilly, I'm a therapist with over 11 years of experience with psychoanalysis, regression hypnotherapy, Tibetan sound healing and reiki. I spent two years in Mexico learning from indigenous space holders of experiences with sacred plants and since 5 years I have been actively using them myself and with my clients.
